Agreements with associations
Since its foundation ecoR’it has promoted collaborative relations with category associations of EEE producers in order to establish and highlight – where technically possible and financially viable – a WEEE management service that takes into proper account the equipment’s particular features within the categories in Annex IB of the WEEE decree (d.lgs.151/2005), their intrinsic value in terms of recoverable materials, as well as the specific "return rates".
All of this is in addition to and for the completion of ecoR’it’s organization lines promoted by the Promoter and Founder Members, who all come from the Information and Communication Technology sector.
The activity in question is positively carried out thanks also to the specific prevision of the clause in the consortium contract (article 22 of the Statutes) which sets up the Chairman’s Committee, which is charged with checking correctness and equity in the relationships between the producers of the multiple categories of WEEE managed by ecoR’it.

Further significant contacts are currently in progress with other business organizations, some of which are very important both in terms of the number of enrolments and the sizes of the firms joining and the predicted volumes of WEEE.
